Our Objectives

The Women on Board (WOB) is functioning as a voluntary and self-funded initiative since 2016. The initiative is dedicated to creating and expanding leadership opportunities for women in corporate, public, political, social, and philanthropic sectors. Through constructive engagement with policymakers and stakeholders, WOB inspires, mentors, and develops women leaders to drive transformative change.
WOB’s activities are led by a group of committed professional volunteers serving as the members of WOB’s initiative, duly assisted by leading corporates and financial institutions.
